You received a wrong or missing item.
The product is expired or spoiled.
⚠️ Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Food items once opened or used are not eligible for return.

Provide your order number, product photo, and issue description.
Our team will review and confirm your eligibility.
Once approved, you can return the product through our delivery partner or designated drop point.

Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days after the returned product is verified.

5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
Perishable items (fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.)
Opened or used food items
Products with broken seals
Discounted or promotional items

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process after receiving the item.
